Create an enclosed space (a room) with mics hidden throughout it.

each mic goes to an application running into a pre-tuned phase vocoder that channels all sounds passed thru it to create ‘music.’

any sharp staccatic sounds trigger noise gates that sample those sounds and rearrange them into rhythms. these slowly fade…

this idea comes from Noah Vawter at the MIT Media Lab, circa December 2006.
